The McCracken County Fiscal court met Monday evening and approved a resolution adopting and approving the execution of a Rural Secondary Program Agreement between the Fiscal Court, the State, the Transportation Cabinet, and the Department of Rural and Municipal Aid, accepting all roads and streets referred to therein, as being a part of the County Road System.

Judge Executive Bob Leeper commented further about the road system, explaining, "they agreed to fund the list we approved tonight." He also said, "these roads are in every area of the County."

In other business, the Court approved cash transfers in order to pay County bills approved October 22nd of $282,355.73 and approved the Vouchers Claims Register from October 9th to October 22nd, to show County bills in the amount of $377,086.54.

The Court approved 24 orders, and held the first reading of two ordinances. Ordinance 2018-07, which establishes protocols for the continuity of McCracken County Government operations during a state of emergency, and Ordinance 2018-08, which amends and readopts the McCracken County Comprehensive Plan.

Board appointments were made which included Diane Bach and Bonnie Koblitz to the PADD Aging Committee, and Rick Goode to the Board of Assessment.

The Court also held a short executive session.
