McCracken STORM TEAM Nets Nine Arrests

The McCracken County Sheriff's Department 'STORM TEAM' reported the following arrests:

Tommy L Haley, 27 years old of Paducah, KY

-         Possession of marijuana
-         Possession of drug paraphernalia

Jeffery T Lynch, 27 years old of Metropolis, IL

-         Possession of marijuana
-         Possession of drug paraphernalia

Benjamin Turner, 54 years old of LaCenter, KY

-         Served with a McCracken County bench warrant for failure to appear

Michael D Kepner, 39 years old of Paducah, KY

-         Improper registration plate
-         Failure to produce insurance card
-         Possession of marijuana
-         Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license
-         Tampering with physical evidence

Dustin C Sellers, 29 years old of Paducah, KY

-         Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine)
-         Possession of drug paraphernalia

Mika Kitrel, 30 years old of Hickman, KY

-         Served with a Graves County bench warrant for failure to appear

Tonya Smith, 41 years old of Paducah, KY

-         Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense or more (methamphetamine)
-         Possession of drug paraphernalia
-         Giving officer false identifying information
-         Criminal Trespassing 3rd degree
-         Served with three McCracken County bench warrants for contempt of court
-         Served with a Marshall County bench warrant for failure to appear
-         Served with a Livingston County arrest warrant for manufacturing methamphetamine 1st offense, trafficking in a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense methamphetamine, and possession of drug paraphernalia

Dody J Riley, 47 years old of Louisville, KY

-         Possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 3rd offense or more (methamphetamine)
-         Possession of drug paraphernalia
-         Tampering with physical evidence
-         Possession of synthetic drugs 1st offense
-         Giving officer false identifying information
-         Served with a Kentucky Probation and Parole warrant

Victoria A Turner, 28 years old of Paducah, KY

-         Receiving stolen property u/$10,000
-         Criminal trespassing 3rd degree
-         Operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license

Throughout the week Deputies seized quantities of methamphetamine, marijuana, synthetic drugs,  and numerous items of drug paraphernalia.  Deputies also issued one additional citation for no operator’s license, four additional citations for failure to wear seat belt, four additional citations for no insurance, and twelve additional citations for misc. traffic charges.
