The Merryman House Domestic Crisis Center is currently taking referrals for children ages 6-9 to attend its annual Camp BRAVEHEART from June 17th through June 21st.

Camp BRAVEHEART is a five-day, trauma-informed camp designed to help kids heal and learn healthy coping mechanisms.

It is based on Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles and teaches children healthy attachment behaviors, emotional regulation skills and pro-social skills. Themes of the day throughout the camp include: "Use your Words," "Show Respect," "Making Choice," "Accepting No," and "Looking Forward."

The public may call the Merryman House, or email info@merrymanhouse.org, to make camper recommendations or to request more information.

Lunch and two snacks are provided each day. The camp will take place on the Merryman House campus.
