Camp BRAVEHEART is a five-day, trauma-informed camp designed to help kids heal and learn healthy coping mechanisms.
It is based on Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) principles and teaches children healthy attachment behaviors, emotional regulation skills and pro-social skills. Themes of the day throughout the camp include: "Use your Words," "Show Respect," "Making Choice," "Accepting No," and "Looking Forward."
