Paducah Man Arrested for Rape, Strangulation

A Paducah man has been arrested on rape and strangulation charges.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office says detectives arrested 19-year-old Kevin Hall on Monday afternoon at his home on Kentucky Dam Road on a charge of first-degree rape and strangulation. 

Deputies said their investigation revealed Hall strangled a female while forcibly raping her at his home three days prior to his arrest.

Hall was booked into the McCracken County Jail.
