The McCracken County Sheriff's Office says deputies conducted a traffic stop early Monday morning at the intersection of Hovekamp Road and Yarbro Lane.
During the course of the stop, deputies determined that the passenger, 36-year-old Aaron Rich of Paducah, was in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
Rich was placed under arrest and lodged in the McCracken County Regional Jail.
He's charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
