A Paducah man is facing charges related to parole violations after a weeks long search.

Over the last several weeks, the McCracken County Sheriff's office has been searching for 43-year-old Zeth D. Kovein of Paducah. Deputies say Kovein is a fugitive and wanted by the Kentucky Parole Board for numerous parole violation offenses.

According to deputies they have attempted to stop him, but he would flee into the woods and couldn't be found.

On Thursday, detectives went to a home on Milliken Road where they believed Kovein would be staying. A short time later he was arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.

Kovein was served a Kentucky Parole Board Warrant.
