Paducah Man Charged With Criminal Child Abuse

A Paducah man has been arrested on a charge of criminal abuse of a child.

According to Kentucky State Police, they, along with the Department for Community Based Services, conducted a joint investigation of an alleged child abuse complaint. 

The week long investigation, which included consulting with medical experts, resulted in KSP arresting 29-year-old David G. Minks on Sunday. He was charged with 1st degree criminal abuse of a child under 12 years of age.

Minks was taken to the McCracken County Regional Jail.
