Captain Chris Baxter graduated from the program on Friday.
CJED is a four week, 168 hour program, that focuses on that focuses on identifying, analyzing and solving problems, as well as leadership, personnel administration, operations, fiscal management, and executive and environmental relationships.
The Paducah Police Department began sending administrative staff to the CJED program in 1999. Captain Baxter is the 20th graduate from the Department.
