Officers are asking for the public's help with locating 20-year-old Julian Melendez. He is Hispanic, 5 foot 8 inches tall, approximately 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
He was last seen on Alben Barkley Drive, although he may be near St. Thomas More Catholic Church.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the Paducah Police Department.
