Paducah police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man reported missing Monday after leaving a local drug rehabilitation facility.

Thelma Hunter, director of Centerpoint, told police that 32-year-old Joshua Allen Wood recently completed the recovery program at the center and left last Wednesday to visit his children in Wisconsin. Hunter said Wood takes medication for a mental disorder, and has been without his medication since he left the center.

Hunter told officers she spoke with Wood Monday and became concerned that he might harm himself because of several statements he made.

Wood is a white male with brown hair, blue eyes and a thin build. He has several tattoos of crosses, a tattoo of Jesus on his left arm and one of a castle on his right arm. He last was seen wearing a blue shirt with a white cross on the front, blue jeans and a white hat.

Paducah Police are asking anyone with information to call them at 270-444-8550.
