Police Seeking Tips After Sprint Store Robbery

Paducah Police are investigating Friday night's robbery of the Sprint store on Hinkleville Road.

Police were called to the store at 5134 Hinkleville Road about 7:45 pm, and an employee said two men entered the store, pulled handguns, and forced both employees into the back of the store. The men reportedly took the employee's cell phone and wallet, and took unknown items from the store before they left.

A vehicle that is believed to have been used in the crime was found abandoned in Massac County.

Very few details were given about the suspects, but they were both described as black, and one of them was reportedly wearing a white t-shirt and pants.

Police are asking anyone with information about this crime to call them at 270-444-8550 or call Crime Stoppers at 270-443-TELL. Information leading to an arrest or indictment may result in a reward of up to $1,000.
