Beginning Friday, June 12, citizens will be able to reserve ballfields for practices. The practices can begin Monday, June 15 in compliance with Kentucky issued guidelines for youth sports.
Field reservations will be available for either a one-hour or two-hour time block at a cost of $10 per hour. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Reservations made online will be confirmed through notification from the Parks and Recreation Office staff. A copy of the reservation receipt must be on hand while on the site of the ballfields.
Compliance with currently posted Paducah Parks rules as well as all Kentucky issued guidelines will be required. Baseball and softball may resume practices without competition. Practices should consist of 10 or fewer players with no more than one adult coach per group.
Multiple groups may practice but must adhere to the social distancing guidelines and follow the Healthy at Work social distancing guidelines for groups of 10 people or fewer.
Any individual not essential for the conduct of these practices should not attend.
