Sheriff: Missing Woman with Alzheimer's Found Safe

UPDATE: The Sheriff's Department says Mary Ford has been found and is safe.

The McCracken County Sheriff’s Department is seeking the public’s assistance in finding a missing elderly woman with Alzheimer’s Disease. 

The sheriff's department says 77-year-old Mary Edith Ford lives in the Farley area, but was last seen about 12:25 Saturday morning at Waffle House on Clarks River Road. She was seen getting into a white early 2000s model Buick sedan, possibly a Century or LeSabre. The vehicle has Kentucky license plates and the driver is reportedly a white man in his 50s or 60s.

Ford was last seen wearing a pink hat with the word GOD on the front, a pink checkered jacket, and khaki pants. She is 5'2" tall, weighs about 180-200 pounds and walks with a cane.
