Sheriff Matt Carter says his desire is to remain transparent to the community and most especially the parents and guardians of students pertaining to these issues while ensuring that the integrity of each investigation is not compromised. Carter says as part of fulfilling these desires, his office will be holding a press conference this morning, beginning at 10:30 a.m.at the McCracken County Sheriff’s Office.
Additionally, the McCracken County Commonwealth’s and County Attorney will be in attendance to assist in addressing some of these concerns and recent investigations.
