South 24th Bridge Work Starts Today

Beginning Monday, South 24th Street will be closed between Seitz Street and Center Street to make improvements on the bridge over Cross Creek near Brooks Stadium.

The bridge will be closed for 60 days to install new bridge decking and create ADA-compliant sidewalks on both sides of the bridge. 

The bridge is more than 50 years old and has sustained damage from flooding events.
