A teen who went missing two nights in a row has returned home again.

Paducah Police said 16-year-old Christen Coleman went missing from his home on Madison Street at 6 pm. They updated their information about 10 pm, saying he had returned home and was in good health. 

On Thursday, Coleman left home and was reported missing, but returned after several hours.

Police are seeking the public's assistance in locating a missing teen.

According to the Paducah Police Department, 16-year-old Christen Coleman went missing from his home on Madison Street at 6 pm. Coleman is black, 5 feet 5 inches tall, approximately 125 pounds, and black hair above his ears.

Coleman was last seen wearing a red, black, and white chicago bulls hoodie, tan pants, flip flops, and has "Lil' Chris" tattooed on his right upper arm.
