On Wednesday, detectives with the McCracken County Sheriff's Office reportedly noticed 37-year-old Woody Blair in a vehicle traveling along Milliken Road. Blair was known to have an outstanding arrest warrant.
He reportedly fled as detectives attempted to perform a traffic stop, but was captured a short time later.
Blair and two others in the vehicle, Michael Ouellette, and 46-year-old Vicki Dike, were all reportedly found to be in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.
They were all arrested and lodged in the McCracken County Jail.
Blair was served with an indictment warrant for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Additionally, he is charged with second degree fleeing or evading police on foot, second-degree escape, resisting arrest, first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Ouellette and Dike are both charged with first-degree possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and possession of drug paraphernalia.
