A Paducah man is facing methamphetamine charges following a traffic stop Wednesday night.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office says deputies conducted a traffic stop on a car for a traffic violation at the intersection of Husbands Road and Temple Drive. During the investigation deputies learned that the driver, 27-year-old Jerry L. Conley Jr, of Paducah, was in possession of suspected methamphetamine.

Conley was arrested and lodged at the McCracken County Regional Jail. He's charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and failure to wear a seat belt.
