Troopers were called after a group of juveniles had reportedly stolen keys from a guard inside the facility. They said the juveniles gained access to a group of cells and were destroying property.
After failed negotiations between staff and the juveniles, troopers arrived and restored order without the use of physical force. Troopers said the juveniles re-entered their cells and the keys were retrieved by Detention Center staff.
