Paducah Realtor Roy Wikoff, speaking on the Greg Dunker Show, explained that many veterans don't realize how their VA home loan benefits actually work, and this workshop will explain those in detail.
Topics that will be discussed include eligibility for a VA home loan, the biggest myths about VA home loans, buying vs renting, home inspections in the VA process, affordability with a VA loan, pitfalls to avoid, and the role of the financial institution in the VA loan process.
The workshop is open to qualified veterans, active duty military, and surviving spouses of veterans.
The presentation will take place at the Commerce Center, in the Paducah Bank Community Room, located at 300 South Third Street.
