According to a story in the Murray Ledger and Times, MES officials told the Murray City Council Thursday that basic cable will increase by $5 per month to the cost of $64.42 , while expanded packages will increase $15 per month to a new cost of $136.43.
MES noted that while many other video providers have made small annual increases, MES has not raised its cable rates since 2021.
