Tornado Watch Canceled

UPDATE:  Most storms have decreased in intensity and are moving out of westernmost Kentucky, so the National Weather Service has canceled this morning's tornado warning.

Drivers are warned to keep watch for ponding water, or runoff from earlier rains causing brief localized flooding.

Showers will continue throughout the morning before clearing this afternoon.
