Paducah Man Arrested After Metropolis Incident

A Paducah man was arrested on multiple charges after a disturbance at a Metropolis Apartment.

Metropolis Police officers were called to the 700 block of East 12th Street on Thursday, and the victim said she was struck in the face by 31-year-old Shon O. Williams of Paducah. The victim also said he took her cell phone. 

Williams was found by police outside the apartment, hiding beside the air conditioning unit. He was arrested for battery and theft, and taken to Massac Co. Detention Center.
