Kentucky State Police said a man who was released from the Fulton County Detention Center on Wednesday, but did not arrive at his halfway house, has been located.
Officials said that after his release, 29-year-old Alexander Penman received a ride from Fulton, Kentucky, to a Greyhound bus stop in Madisonville, where he was scheduled to travel via Nashville to Louisville.
Penman was expected to arrive at the Dismas Charities St. Patrick’s Halfway House on Thursday, but reportedly did not arrive.
A warrant for Penman was issued, charging him with absconding from parole.
Penman is back in custody, but details of his capture have not been released.
