Texas man arrested in Caldwell County on failure to comply with sex offender registry

A White Deer, Texas man was arrested in Caldwell County earlier this week on a warrant fo failure to comply with sex offender registration.

WPKY reported Caldwell County Sheriff Don Weedman as saying 44-year-old Robert Jessup was taken into custody Monday.  He was lodged in the Caldwell County Jail.
