Two teenagers were airlifted from a car crash in Graves County early on Thursday morning.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office responded to West Slaughter and Old Dukedom Roads just after midnight on the morning of July 4th. Investigators said the vehicle driven by 19-year-old Chloe Rodgers of Mayfield went through a stop sign into a creek bed and treeline.

Deputies said that two passengers, Rodgers, and 18-year-old Lindsey Bencini, were airlifted from the crash site.

The two other occupants, 18-year-old Niles Phillips and 19-year-old Travis Runyon, refused medical help.
