Charles Thomas Pearson, 78, of Kevil, passed away Saturday, June 13, 2015 at 4:30 p.m. at Life Care of LaCenter. He worked as a diesel mechanic and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is survived by his special companion of thirty years, Janet Rye Whitaker; his daughters, Beth Mings and husband, Ricky of Oak Grove, MN and Debbie Sesler of Paducah; step daughter, Necie Sutherland of Symsonia, KY; step son, Jerold Alan Bowman of LaCenter, KY; sister, Bertha Mae of TN; brothers, Philip Pearson of Barlow, Bob Pearson of Barlow, Oliver Pearson of Sikeston, Gary Pearson of Barlow, Calvin Pearson of St Louis, Raydel Pearson of Little Rock; granddaughter, Clarissa Mings; Step grandson, Dyllan Simmons; special pets, Dandy and Missy Sissy.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommie and Elizabeth Walls Pearson; daughter, Teresa Fiscus; sisters, Phylis, Edith, and Ethel Lee; brothers, George, Gene, and Oscar; great grandson, DeAcon Ford.
Services and burial for Mr. Pearson will be held at Bethlehem Baptist Church cemetery at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 17, 2015 with Rev. Lynn Releford officiating. Visitation will be held at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Wickliffe from 11:00 a.m. until 12:45 p.m..
