Frances V. Brown, age 94 of Bardwell, passed away at 10:33 pm on February 20, 2015 at Countryside Center in Bardwell. Mrs. Brown was a member of Bethlehem Baptist Church.
She is survived by her daughter, Patrisha Byassee of Bardwell; son, Kenneth Brown of Bardwell; four grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, James T. Brown; son, James D. Brown; parents, Willie and Lula Harris Briney; one great-granddaughter.
A funeral service will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell at 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2015 with Rev. Ronald Rhodus and Rev. Ian Carrico officiating. Burial will follow at Mayfield Creek Cemetery. A visitation will be held at the Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Bardwell at 10:00 am until 1:00 pm on Wednesday, February 25, 2015.
