Kathi DaVonna Johnson, 71, of Symsonia died at 1:45 PM on Thursday, November 16, 2017 at Heritage Manor in Mayfield.
Ms. Johnson was a retired Secretary and a member of Symsonia United Methodist Church.
She is survived by her mother, Kathryn L. (Barnes) Edwards of Symsonia.
She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kristi Beth Johnson and her father, William L. Edwards.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, November 20, 2017 at Symsonia Cemetery with Rev. Frank Queen officiating.
There will be no visitation.
