Mrs. Lucy M. Walls, of Paris, TN passed away Wednesday, November 6, 2019 at Henry County Healthcare.
Mrs. Walls was born September 2, 1936 to the late Mr. & Mrs. Gordon Wright in Campbell County, VA. Mrs. Walls began her nursing career in 1970 at the Covington Tipton County Hospital in Tipton, TN. She moved to the Murray Calloway County Hospital in 1972 where she worked until she retired in 1996. Mrs. Walls was a member of Sugar Creek Baptist Church.
She is survived by three children, Jeanne Bright and husband, Leslie of Paris, TN, Tommy Walls, wife Yolanda of Murray, Tim Walls, wife Sue of Murray, Danny Walls, wife Peggy; a sister, Betty Wright; 13 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
Mrs. Walls was preceded in death by her husband, Harold C. Walls; daughters, Melissa Ruth Walls Ramey, Rebecca Holt; son, Benjamin Walls; brother, Gordon Wright; sisters Charlene and Alleyse Wright.
Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 10, 2019 at the Imes Funeral Home & Crematory, downtown Murray. Burial will follow at the Sugar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family will receive visitors between 5-8PM, Saturday, November 9, 2019 at the funeral home.
