Mr. Phillip Malcolm Culp, 71 of Benton, KY passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020, at Marshall Co. Hospital in Benton, KY. Born Saturday, May 15, 1948 in Scale, KY, he was the son of the late Harlan Culp and the late Thelma (Washburn) Culp. He was the husband of the late Kendra Sue (Henson) Culp. He was an avid gardner and was the owner of the Benton Tobacco Outlet, Benton, KY. He honorably served his country in the United States Army during the Vietnam War. Surviving are his children, Michael Todd Culp of Benton, KY, Amber Alison Culp of Benton, KY, Seth Matthew Culp of Benton, KY; brother, Mickey Culp of Benton, KY; sister, Elainia Culp Brewer of Henderson, TX; sister-in-law, Shanna Miller of Benton, KY; grandchildren, Madison Culp, Daisy Keysor and Masen Smith. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. In compliance with the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the CDC's health and public safety directives, the funeral services for Mr. Phillip Malcolm Culp will be private with burial in the Union Hill Cemetery, Hardin, KY. David Smith will officiate.
