Jimmy Grubbs

James Cloy Grubbs, 63 of Clinton passed away Thursday, July 6, 2017 at his residence.  He was a member of Springhill Baptist Church, worked for General Tire and served in the Army Reserves.  He is survived by his son, Ronnie Grubbs of Arlington, daughter, Joyel Fowler of Newbern, TN, 1 brother, Kerry Grubbs of Springhill and 2 grandchildren.  He is preceded in death by his parents, Rev. Tommy and Martha Johnson Grubbs, and 2 brothers.  Graveside services will be held Friday, July 14, 2017  at 10:00 AM at the Springhill Cemetery with Rev. Rocky James officiating.  Friends are asked to meet at the cemetery at the service time.  Brown Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of arrangements.
