Mr. Dennis Ray Sullenger, 63, of Carrsville, KY passed from this life on Monday, June 13, 2016, at Baptist Health Paducah.
He is survived by two sisters, Serena Stalion of Jackson, TN, Nyoka Sullenger of Carrsville KY; and one brother Donald Blake, Jr. of Paducah, KY.
He was preceded in death by one sister, Donna Sue Blake Tucker and his parents, Dennis E. Sullenger and Samantha Jean (Turner) Blake.
Services are scheduled for Sunday, June 19, 2016, at 2 PM, at Deer Creek Cemetery with burial to follow graveside services.
Friends may call Sunday from 12:30 to 1:30 PM in the chapel of Boyd Funeral Directors and Cremation Services.
