Mona Carneal, 72, of Ledbetter passed away at 3:00 am on Wednesday, November, 26, 2014 at her residence. She was a retired special education teacher for Livingston County School systems and she had worked for McCracken County School systems. Mrs. Carneal was of the Baptist Faith and had attended Reidland Baptist Church.
Mrs. Carneal is survived by her three sons, Brad Carneal and wife Kathy of Indiana Pennsylvania, Josh Carneal and wife Susan of Benton, Trent Carneal of Reidland; six grandchildren, Larry Jones, Seth Carneal, Tiffany Carneal, Macy Carneal, Ethan Carneal, and Landon Carneal.
Mrs. Carneal was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Carneal, her parents Joel David Jennings, and Ila Belle Whitaker Tucker and one sister Betty Mayse.
A memorial service for Mrs. Carneal is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Monday, December, 1, 2014 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah with Rev. Stan Reid officiating. Visitation for Mrs. Carneal will be from 12:00 pm until 1:00 pm at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
