Ed Michael Littig, 68, of Benton, KY passed away at 8:05AM on Sunday, June 23, 2019 at Marshall County Hospital.
Ed was a devoted husband, father, and grandfather. He retired after 30 years of service working as a truck driver for ABF #710 and was a member of the Teamsters Local #710 in Chicago. Ed believed that family was everything, and enjoyed spending as much time as he could with his grandkids and family. In his spare time he also enjoyed spending time on his hobbies such as woodworking and fishing.
Ed is survived by his loving wife, of 34 years, Sue Greenwell Littig of Gilbertsville, KY; his four sons, Joseph Michael Littig, Casey Alan Littig, Shannon Alexander Littig, and William Phillip Littig all of Marshall County, KY; one daughter, Brandy Marie Hartley of Marshall County, KY; two brothers John Phillip Littig and Michael Lewis Littig both of Hammond, IN; and several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents Edward Melton Littig and Virginia Marie Zaleski Littig.
A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
Arrangements are being handled by Filbeck – Cann Funeral Home of Milner and Orr.
