George Cowherd Jr., 65, of Paducah died on Friday August 22, 2014 at McCracken Nursing & Rehab.
Mr. Cowherd was a retired foreman at the Long Beach Naval Shipyard.
Surviving are his daughter, Lafonda Cowherd of Long Beach, CA; one sister, Celestine Staten of Louisville, KY; and one grandson, Eric King of Long Beach, CA.
He was preceded in death by his parents, George E. Cowherd Sr. and Lila Cowherd.
No services are scheduled at this time.
