Lois Hall Robison, 87, of Denton, TX, passed away on Friday, April 20, 2017 at Good Samaritan Society-Lake Forest Village in Denton, TX where she had been living for the past 12 years.
Lois was born June 1, 1930 in Paducah, KY, to Charles and Mary Almeda Hall and grew up here with her two brothers, Paul and Rufus as well as her sister, Ruth Ella. She was a flight attendant for United Airlines and moved to Livingston, NJ. In 1966 the family relocated to West Caldwell, NJ, at which time she helped start a dry cleaning business and worked for a small, high end, boutique. She also frequently volunteered her time to Meals On Wheels and other non-profit organizations. Lois was also an avid golfer and bowler.
She is survived by her two sons, Douglas Robison of Denton, TX, Patrick Robison of Ocean Isle Beach, North Carolina; and three grandchildren, Brian Robison, Scott Robison, and Grace Robison.
In addition to her parents; brothers; and sister, she was preceded in death by her former husband, Peter Robison; two brothers and her sister.
A graveside service for Lois will be held at 1:00 pm on Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Palestine Cemetery with Rev. Brian Nance officiating. . Visitation will be from 11:00 am until 12:30 pm on Saturday May 12, 2018 at Milner & Orr Funeral Home of Paducah.
