Dreher comes to Tilghman from Fulton City High School, where he coached boys basketball. The Bulldogs finished 13-18 last season in Dreher's only season there.
Dreher has 15 years of head coaching experience, with coaching stints at Symsonia, Carlisle County and Lone Oak. He also coached boys basketball at Paducah Tilghman in the 1990s, leading the Blue Tornado to the final four in 1991.
