The Titans announced the move Tuesday.
The 5-foot-10 Andrews was signed as an undrafted free agent in May after playing in 42 games at Western Kentucky where he averaged 161.9 all-purpose yards. As a senior, he ran for a school record 1,730 yards and a career-high 16 touchdowns. He was the Sun Belt Conference's most valuable player and offensive player of the year.
He was cut at the end of the preseason before being signed to the practice squad.
