Earlier this month, the Drug Division received information 38-year-old Jose M. Harmon was selling synthetic marijuana, also known as "Spice".
During the investigation, detectives obtained and executed a search warrant at Harmon’s residence, located at 2319 Ascot Downs, Paducah. During the search, marijuana, synthetic marijuana (“Spice”), and assorted items of drug paraphernalia were recovered.
Harmon has an extensive criminal history, including multiple prior convictions for trafficking synthetic drugs. He is currently on probation for two convictions in 2024 related to trafficking synthetic drugs.
Harmon was not present during the search and currently has an active arrest warrant. The investigation is ongoing.
