Cadiz pair arrested following search and drug seizure at their home

A man and woman from Cadiz are facing drug charges after a search and seizure of drugs at their home.

Trigg County Sheriff’s deputies served that warrant on Saturday at a home on Adams Mill Road. Their search of the property is said to have located a large quantity of methamphetamine, marijuana, a pill container with some unidentified substance inside, a digital scale, and other items typically used in drug trafficking. They also reportedly located and seized several guns and ammunition.  

The man and woman were charged with trafficking in meth, possession of marijuana, and possession of a controlled substance. The male was also charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
