According to WKDZ, Hopkinsville Police say officers were called to the hospital emergency room around 11:00 pm for a disturbance.
Officers found Ashley Wilson threatening employees, telling them she was going to kill them before ripping a wire shelf from the wall and throwing it at hospital staff members.
Police said she had been wandering around town, and appeared to be homeless.
Wilson was charged with disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
