Gas prices on decline in the region this week

Gas prices in the region are on the decline this week.

Triple A's East Central Gas report out Monday finds prices at $3.64 per gallon as an average this week, down eight cents from last week.

Paducah's average price is 11 cents higher than the region average at $3.75 per gallon.  

It was also noted that Kentucky's overall average price of $3.69 per gallon is one of the top ten least expensive averages in the nation this week. 

However, the national average is still above the $4 mark at $4.09 per gallon.
