Gilbertsville man arrested following disturbance Sunday

A Gilbertsville man was arrested Sunday following a disturbance at a business.

The Marshall County Sheriff's Office said 38-year-old Courtland Lambert was arrested when deputies responded to a disturbance at the business on US 641 near KY Dam.

When deputies arrived it was reported Lambert came in to the store and stole a drink and was acting disorderly.

Lambert was located and charged with theft by unlawful taking, possession of marijuana and public intoxication.
