Help sought to identify driver in Ballard County hit-and-run

Kentucky State Police are investigating a hit-and-run in Ballard County on Tuesday night.

Ballard County Sheriff’s deputies responded to the crash on US 60 near KY 310. An SUV, driven by 55-year-old Robbin McPhail of Fair Grove, Missouri, was struck in the rear by a second vehicle.

The other vehicle reportedly fled the scene eastbound on US 60 before law enforcement arrived.
Troopers believe the vehicle was possibly a 2003-2005 model Grand Marquis.

KSP is asking anyone who may have been traveling on US 60 Tuesday night to check their dash cameras for any vehicles that may match the description.
