A Hopkinsville man is facing multiple felony charges after authorities say an argument with a woman escalated into a hit-and-run crash in Christian County on Monday.

According to WKDZ, the Christian County Sheriff's Office says 38-year-old William Hoggard was arrested Monday evening on a Christian County warrant.

Hoggard is charged with wanton endangerment, leaving the scene of an accident, criminal mischief, and unlawful imprisonment.

The charges stem from an investigation into an incident where an argument between Hoggard and a woman allegedly escalated into a crash in which he is accused of leaving the scene.

The Sheriff's Office said the warrant was issued as a result of the investigation.
