I-24 night detour continues near Calvert City

KYTC says nighttime detours on I-24 will continue between Grand Rivers and Calvert City.

On weeknights from 9 p.m. until 6 a.m., motorists traveling westbound will be detoured at Exit 31 and returned to I-24 at Exit 27.

The summer-long project includes reinforcing shoulders on the I-24 bridges at U.S. 62 and at the Tennessee River bridge.

Law enforcement will be present and flaggers will be directing traffic.
