Kentucky State Police's Electronic Crime Branch made another arrest on Monday.
KSP posted that 41-year-old Joshua Jared Amos came under investigation by their undercover division after officers discovered that the suspect was reportedly sharing images of child sexual exploitation online.
They executed a search warrant, and equipment used to commit the alleged crime was seized and taken to KSP's forensic laboratory for examination.
Amos is lodged at the McCracken County Detention Center, charged with ten counts of distribution of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under twelve years old and ten counts of possession of matter portraying a minor in a sexual performance under twelve years old.
Both charges are Class C felonies, punishable by five to ten years in prison.
