Kentucky State Police are investigating a crash from last week that claimed the life of a Clinton man.
The crash happened just after 1 p.m. last Wednesday along KY 58. Troopers said that 75-year-old Lonnie Jackson of Clinton pulled out of a driveway onto KY 58. As he entered the road, an SUV driven by 23-year-old Savana Redwine collided with the driver’s side of Jackson’s truck.
The report indicated that Jackson was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.
Redwine and her infant passenger were not injured.
