All 16 KSP posts were involved in the program with Post 1 in Mayfield nabbing seven people while Post 2 in Madisonville arrested 21 in the sweep. KSP said that in addition to the 197 arrested, those individuals are facing 490 total charges. Drug seizures included 3,002 grams of fentanyl, 6,046 grams of methamphetamine, 1,176 grams of cocaine, and 408 grams of heroin, plus hydrocodone, oxycodone, and hallucinogens. In total, the street value of those drugs is about $640,000.
Troopers also recovered a stolen vehicle, over $200,000 in other stolen items, 82 firearms, and $181,381 in cash.
KSP Commissioner Phillip Burnett Jr. said, "This mission was about more than making arrests, it was about disrupting the criminal enterprises that threatens the safety and health of Kentuckians. I am proud of our personnel, who worked tirelessly to take these dangerous drugs off the streets and who will continue working to keep every community safe."

Kentucky State Police said that in their summer sweep last year, they seized almost $685,000 worth of drugs and arrested 206 people.
Troopers are continuing this investigation and anticipate more arrests.
